I like the app alot but recently I’ve not been able to use it. Says something went wrong try again. And it’s been that way for days! But the widget works no problem. Please help

Too many ads. Its annoying to navigate. I know Astrologers need to be paid for their work on this app. There's got to be a better way to do this.

So like most I decided to try this app. It says 3 day free trial then 7.99 a week. I decide to go for the trial. I then see a message from my bank that says a payment of 42 dollars was attempted. I go under my subscriptions and it says I have A three month subscription to this. I automatically unsubscribe but still am linked to this three month cycle. I need some answers because this is not right to do. Just take from people in a sneaky way.

I’m really frustrated and upset. I purchased a one-time lifetime membership, and just discovered that I’ve been getting charged an additional $9.99 weekly fee. This is outrageous and this app should be shut down. I can’t believe you continued billing me additional charges after I already paid for a lifetime membership. This is such a deceitful app that is also really basic and boring. I would give a negative star rating if I could. Don’t use this app!
