We want you to make the most of your Neato Botvac and the Neato app:
• Neato robots work with common Wi-Fi routers that use 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz** bands and support WPA and WPA2 encryption. Please refer to the Neato website for more specifics.
**5 GHz band only supported on Botvac D7 Connected
• The Neato app will not work with Neato robots that are not Wi-Fi enabled (Neato XV Series, Botvac Series, or D Series robots). The app is compatible only with Neato Botvac Connected, Neato Botvac D3 Connected, Neato D4 Connected, Neato Botvac D5 Connected, Neato D6 Connected and Neato Botvac D7 Connected.
