Pop ups ruin articles. Slight slide of the finger and it moves you to another article. Each update gets worse and worse.

They forced this app on us to get to pro football talk. This version is terrible. No comments, stories repeat themselves, gotta start over when your finished reading a story. Plus the interface is clunky. Please bring back the old app.

Transition has been poor

You can tell they must be outsourcing most of the apps development and QA as the quality has shot down in recent months. They removed college football and the NFL feed is redundant as you scroll through various articles. Use to be great prior to them moving to the peacock platform

Slow and Freezes Often

The only reason I have this app is for the Sports Talk. Since they did away with old app the Sports Talk has been painfully slow and I can no longer read the comments, which many times are the best part.

Bought the “Cycle Pass” for 2019 Tour de France. Watched in July 2019 and never opened the app again. A year later discover annual resubscription that I did not consent to. They charge you for life! After calling and pleading with C/S to refund (don’t waste your time) I was rudely told they were keeping my money for another year even thou I cancelled immediately. These deceptive practices are illegal and I am writing my state Attorney General and Better Business Bureau. I will never ever do business with NBC again under ANY circumstances.

Authentication Error

I used to use this app twice a week to watch golf but now every time I try to watch I get an “Authentication Error.” Please please fix this! I have tried multiple times to delete and re-download the app, nothing works anymore. Was a 5 star app, now a 1 star just frankly due to the fact that it never works anymore!

Disappointing

This app has fallen off a cliff in the last few months. PFT, PBT, PHT and Soccer still has good value, but HardballTalk just disappeared one day in the middle of the playoffs. Also, posts don’t load properly, and some posts repeat as you scroll right for some reason. If you like the sports listed above, there’s still reason to use this app but with the frustration of bugs and the uncertainty of what will disappear without notice.
