So good

mikeyhanor

I use this app to listen to some of my messages and e-mails before sending, and also to read some incoming messages while keeping my eyes free from the screen

Perfect

A neat little application. It comes in handy at times. Imagine being a teacher, and not able to talk because you lost your voice! This will help me a lot tomorrow

Wonderful

tysykoko

this app for hearing my books and emails read with such a pleasant fluid human tone. Great job, developers for such an amazingly will done voice sound!

Natural reader

Consider using the phones accessibility/ reader version first Free version requires input ever couple of minutes to acknowledge pro version upgrade Pro version advertises PDF capability but access to pdf files is limited to those you load on Dropbox, Google drive or onedrive or sync from the desktop version

Paid version crashes non-stop

AudioReader99

Trial worked great. I was so excited, so I shelled out $10.00 The paid verison crashes all the time or will just freeze. Totally un-usable. I doubt it's a bait & switch scam, but it sure feels like one.

Waste of money!

Oliversbud

App is useless. Time intensive to use, clunky...voice is mechanical. Complete waste of $10.00. Too bad refunds aren't an option, since it was almost immediately obvious the app does not function to the degree it promises.

Great app

I listen to study notes while driving. She reads PDFs and allows me to crop out headers and footers. I also copy and paste typed notes from email. I am very happy with this app. Thanks

Don't buy Pro!

SeaBlueOceans

Not worth $10.70. You get 1 new voice. New voices $2.99. Scam Alert. Charged twice for Pro! Lost $21.40. Don't upgrade!

"Update" more of a backstep

Blue Jeans Bastard

The PRO version doesn't recognize individual sentences on webpages, it sees the entire page as one sentence, unlike the more recently updated free version which is fantastic except it stops reading after however many words. So if you are 20 paragraphs into the page and try to re-listen to a previous paragraph, it starts at paragraph 1. It doesn't do this with text that you've copied and pasted into the app, just the webpage. I bought this app because I really like it after using the free app for some time but now it's worthless. Also, the voices changed and are now more robotic. I'm looking for a new app.

Crashes all the time

fxstein

Trying to read HBS business cases is impossible. You get to page 4 or similar and the app freezes and crashes. No way to read beyond a certain point. Not worth the money.
