Better than last season, but

It’s

Ok at best

ColoardoTommy

The app is ok at best, it take a long to load if it loads at all. It is one of the only apps a pay for, and if I wasn’t a dead hard fan I wouldn’t pay for it. Only reason I keep it is for the scanners and access to MRN.

I am joining racing soon

I love racing ❤️?

NASCAR newbie

As I plunge into being a NASCAR fan-having app access on my phone to race info, stats etc. is ingenious. Loving it!

Seems to be stuck on stage 1

Race information

Rlw coyote

Been checking all day and I can’t find any information about today’s rescheduled race. Not very happy with your communication

Not updated enough

Bbbbix

Go to place for racing info. Lately, finding info on Facebook faster that app. Disappointing in that respect.

Your app

racing mar

Your app is never up to date with info on the race. Not about the race as it’s happening but other info like the rain from yesterday.

Updates?

Who Dat

I understand the weather changes, but it’s not unpredictable. It’s not like updating an app/website/social media is not that difficult. Why do we have to wait and wait for an update? How about an hourly, ‘it’s still raining, check back in an hour?’ It’s not that hard. Instead we had a red flag at lap 52, and nothing for hours. Then we had 1000 Monday, and at 1000 Monday it was still Lao 52, with a, ‘update to follow.’ Until about 4:00... really? It’s not that hard.

Underwhelming representation of the sport

Jimfromlyco

For being the sport’s representation, this app is so underwhelming. It is impossible to find basic information about incoming races, the stories are infrequent, short, and typically boring. There is not much to engage a causal or new fan because the app and the website are so cluttered. Step back for a second and ask “what are the first things users want to know?” And make that the home page experience. Then ask “where do user want know next?” and make sure the navigation is clean. Very few sports have such an opportunity to make a solid user experience for but new and long time fans, I do not think this app hits the mark for either. I’d be happy to give more of my perspective and some ideas I have.
