Best app for Reddit!

Mothaofdragonz

I’m actually loving this app to browse Reddit! It’s very intuitive and has a lot more features that you don’t have to pay for like you so with Apollo. Thank you!

Still the best reddit app i’ve used

texjer

I’d love to have more customization of the search interface. Like I have a few custom advanced searches I like to use and would like to be able to jump to it. Love love love.

Good stuff

Tellemdavesteve

-Fewer obnoxious adds than the official app -Decent options for customization -Spiffy cartoon narwhal for an icon

Was the best until 2 bugs....

Scott?‍?

This used to be by far the best app ever. An absolute 5 star winner. But for the last several MONTHS NOW (starting sometime in September 2019) there has been a bug where you open the app and it refuses to refresh. You have to force quit the app and then re-open it in order to get anything to load. I reported this bug and got no response. Dec 2019 update: still not fixed but now videos are broken! Sounds plays but stuck on a still frame unless you pause and play it again. Come on! Once these are fixed it will be back to 5 stars again. Thank you.

Buggy handling of i.redd.it hosted images

Patrick Kramer

It wont reliably load reddit hosted images, I switched to Apollo which does not have any issues.

App isn’t getting updated. Developer is working on a new app and has gone silent on updates.

Great app, miles ahead of Reddit’s own

See title. Strongly recommend!

Meh

Aydiarose

Pretty decent app, kind of annoying that clicking on links to other subs within the app opens them in some kind of weird internal browser that doesn’t respect the dark mode settings, at least make it dark mode if you insist on opening a special browser or just use safari by default if you can’t just open the page within the app
