Super cute but I wish they had made a game more adult appropriate. I'm super eager for the new computer game (Midnight in Salem), so I wish they had made something that we could play while we wait. But, like I said, this game is very cute.

Would be a great game. My download does not have sound and I can't make any changes in my settings. Unhappy for the price I paid.

As an educator, I'm disappointed that the "touted" coding is only included in the final bit of each of the chapters. The rest is a dress up game/hidden object game. This is not a game I would use in a classroom. As a Nancy Drew Video Game fan, I wonder why they tout such a technology savvy game and not have graphics that include basic things such as the mouths moving.

Cute little adventure with easy hidden object and a nice intro to programming an action sequence.

I love the music and the game was so cool! It's not really my top favorite but I love the story about when Nancy and her friends are in elementary school. Reminds me of the Nancy Drew Notebooks and the Nancy Drew and the Clue Crew book series! I may be in my 20's but this may be one of my favorite games on the App Store! I can't wait for Nancy Drew: Midnight in Salem by HeR and this game, Codes and Clues, is good to play while you wait! I would love it if HeR makes more games for the iPhone/iPod Touch/iPad!

I downloaded the game because I'm a fan of the games Her Interactive has created based on Nancy Drew. This game is different from Her's other games, and that shouldn't affect the ratings for this game. Her is changing and trying something new, and I think they did a good job with this app. It is mostly hidden object from what I've seen so far, with storyline that Nancy and her friends have to solve a mystery in her school. I may be in my 20's but I'm going to keep playing!

This game is cute and fun, but it really is just another hidden object game. I really wish I would have waited until reviews came out before I paid for this app. In my opinion, it is a waste of money. Also, there is only one story line available right now, and I have finished the whole game already. I hope they put more into this with another update.

I downloaded this app for my nine year old who loves the ND games and coding games from school. Game was completed and repeated in about an hour of total playing time. Combination of dress up (first level of each chapter), hidden object (next 3 levels), and coding (last and bonus levels). Story was cute, but the game was, in my child's opinion, too easy and didn't have enough coding puzzles. The hidden object lists changes some when you replay the level, giving some variety.

My 7-year-old daughter absolutely loves this game. We play it together and I constantly remind her to use loops in her programming. It teaches her anticipation in coding, sequencing, and trial-and-error. We’ve worked with Scratch and some other coding “toys”, but this game is a GREAT soft-landing place for code education. I really hope they’re working on a sequel because we’re going to tear through this one quickly!
