One of the most disgusting and the unprofessional online shopping places as well as I don't advise anyone to purchase from them as no one is responding to my calls and no one is calling me back to solve my issue

My order is a week late and every day I call to follow up someone tells me it will arrive today; this has happened 5 days a in a row and there is no communication from Namshi, no update on my parcel, and now someone has lost out on a Christmas gift because of Namshi. Never ordering again. ??

App is user friendly, however terrible customer service! Never respond to emails.
