Horrible customer service – Namshi - We Move Fashion Review

My order is a week late and every day I call to follow up someone tells me it will arrive today; this has happened 5 days a in a row and there is no communication from Namshi, no update on my parcel, and now someone has lost out on a Christmas gift because of Namshi. Never ordering again. ??
