My favorite registrar made a terrible app

Honestly, this app is useless compared to the mobile website. It really should be removed unless someone is going to maintain it and eventually get it to parity with the website. There’s pretty much no reason for this app to exist. Nothing is being gained by users having a native app instead of using the site.
Don’t even bother.

I am locked out! Been through Customer Service. Sent to Risk management. They sent me a link to upload my photo and license ID. The link doesn’t work and I have no way to tell them UNLESS I LOGIN!!!!! I’m losing several URLS!!!!!

Please do not make the mistake I made and use this app for 2 factor, it’s awful. The app signed me out after updating leaving me no way to get back into my account. The only way to sign into the app was with the code that the very app was supposed to give me.
Worst 2 factor setup

If you delete the app or get a new phone, kiss your account goodbye. There is no simple way to disable 2 factor auth that most companies use - like backup codes or text message. I’ve had an account for years and I don’t have the old credit card that I used anymore and so I’m stuck with no access to my domains.

please fix bugs does not play well with apple:-( please work on better navigation menu and able to get to your WP also need two party log in safety. Also please increase ability of app - so that we can navigate like the regular WEBSITE ON A LAP TOP. increase what it can do. we use mobile phones mostly now days.??

How can their service be so good and this app so bad? Riddled with bugs, poor functionality, an inability to accurately mirror what’s on the site… You’re better off just going to their shots in a browser.

I have chatted with support regarding login issue on 2FA authentication to no help at all. Spent several times on telling her what was the problem and at the end she gave me a login link??♂️ which was my initial issue.

This app has always been so frustrating!! 2FA has never worked correctly and now faceID is constantly asking for password every time to list domains

Locked my account for 24 hours because I kept going to a blank screen after typing in my password. This app is garbage don’t bother downloading it.
