Great way to start

I thought this app was great. I got it for a class for an assignment (we had to review fitness apps) and I love how this app is based on HIIT. There are many shorter workouts if you don't have time to go to a gym, but trust me they work you out. I am a collegiate athlete and the intermediate plyo workout had me sweating. I also love how there are warm ups and workouts for older individuals. The only thing I would add is a social/motivational aspect or Apple Watch connectivity. Great app!!

I was also looking forward for this app ever since I heard Neymar would be in it!❤️ but for some odd reason I can't seem to open the app soo...? ?? I'm upset about it

I really enjoy the variety of workouts and how they are set up. Easy to follow and get started. The mentors are outstanding and I look forward to the new mentors joining in January!

Was planning to use this app because I saw Neymar was in it now and it won't even open anymore. Stays on the first screen. I was going to use this to convince my friend to work out! Cmon now! Annoying but my life isn't over haha
