This app has everything one would need. Very easy to follow work-outs due to repetition. You can watch something else while doing the workout because of the helpful sound notifications to signify when the exercise changes and where you are in said exercise. It offers weekly plans and the ability to make your own plans. I downloaded the app because of Neymar, but stayed because of the quality. If you want to sweat get this app. Plus it's very pretty.
