N-central Mobile lets you acknowledge issues, add notes to devices, view the details of devices and services, and see the status of automation tasks, scripts and software pushes that N-central is running on your behalf.
The following automation policies can be run on devices:

- Delete Temporary Files
- Empty Recycle Bin

The following backup operations can be run on devices:
- Full backup
- Incremental backup
- Verify backup
Support for running scripts on devices is also provided.
N-central Mobile also enables you to view the location and perform remote actions on managed mobile devices:
- Send messages
- Update asset information
- Mark as lost
- Lock
- Reset passwords
- Erase
Is there no way to change sites? We have over 1k devices in different sites and under devices the only view I have is all devices with everything dumped in one big list.
App is much better since the major overhaul! Two pieces of feedback from me: - Individual monitoring services that are Disabled on the device show as No Data in the mobile app. These should show as Disabled in the mobile app for consistency’s sake. - I would love to be able to view Maintenance Windows that have been scheduled for the device from the mobile app.
Looks like the latest update broke the login process. Get an error saying “Failed to determine root customer” when trying to login.
Could really use push notifications as an alerting method though. Perhaps in a future release?
This app really does not do much, but it is very polished and a good start to hopefully expanding its features. I would like to see remediation tasks, remote desktop, push alerts, tweak monitors, etc in future releases.
A big thanks goes to the N-Able team for listening to their customers. This update rocks, I'm loving the connectivity on the go and everything is so clear and easy to read! Good job and keep up the great work.
