This is the worst app I have ever had on my phone by far. It litterally does not work. It will log you out randomly and will screw up clocking in/out of work. Highly do not recommend downloading this unless you have to.

This app is literally the worst thing our restaurant could have done. Why is this app so complicated?? Certain functions only work from desktop like being able to request off. Cross device compatibility is virtually non-existent. Android?? Good luck swapping a shift with an iPhone user. Trash trash trash. Cannot wait until we switch to literally any other scheduling system. I miss HotSchedules terribly.

Completely useless piece of app garbage. Constantly fails and is not user friendly at all. Y’all should contact someone at hotschedules so they can teach you how to make a scheduling app.

Wow i wish i could rate this a half star, actually as a matter of fact make that a quarter of a star, this app is complete hogwash, been using if for about a year now & i still cant wrap my brain around why my boss is still using it. It’s terrible. Every update i think oh wow hopefully something is fixed yet nothing has changed, seems to get worse and worse. The developers must have been high on something and pieced this together last minute just to get paid or something. It’s just god awful.

Please think twice before using this app it is useless. Shifts upload after the day of shift. Only gets 1 star because I’m able to give zero stars.
Awful with glitches and lags

Switched from HotSchedules to this app for one of my jobs but I still use HotSchedules for my other job. Zuus should’ve never been created. It’s like the creator doesn’t even try to do bug fixes and give the users updates. I’m not sure about Android but for iPhone, it’s a total nightmare. I’ve been on HotSchedules for 5 years now and nothing will ever compare but Zuus is on a whole different level of complete trash.
