Looks to be good - eventually. Can be very helpful to clock in on the app instead of calling a number and clocking in. Sometimes it doesn't clock you in after you punch in on the app - so fix the glitches and it could be great. Also being able to see everyone's shifts is pretty cool. Also sometimes it gets the shift time wrong.
Love being able to see my schedules and to get notifications when new schedules are out. Shift swapping is great too
Work for a company who just switched and it randomly sends notifications asking me to clock out in beginning of my shift as well as the userface being awful to just clock in. Loved my old app for this and wish we would go back to it
The most inconsistent app I’ve ever used. Clock ins are not consistent with the schedules put out and doesn’t remember the pay rate. Right now it’s telling me to update it although it updates itself, not allowing me to clock out. The only consistency with this app is how often it doesn’t work.
I would give this app zero stars if I could. It doesn't allow you to communicate with other staff members in regards to shifts. Half the time the app won't load or loads incorrect shift times. It is impossible to change availability via phone, and not much easier on the website since it crashes constantly. You can't request off through the app on the phone. I agree with the previous post. The only thing consistent with this app is how often it isn't consistent and doesn't work. Please fix this.
Been using this app for a while now at new job. It’s a pretty decent work app. Does what it needs to do. Can’t expect more or less from a work app.
Our restaurant was marketed this app because they’re a small, independent developer that could tweak the app to cater to our needs. This doesn’t happen and there are several glaring issues with the functionality or lack thereof. 1. If someone requests vacation and it gets approved, if they come back early, they cannot pick up shifts. 2. You must have a managers approval to DROP. A. SHIFT. No I don’t mean to approve the swap, it to actually release your shift, it takes a manager. Then when someone picks your shift up, it must also be approved. This creates a very redundant system that most managers don’t have time to deal with. 3. The UI is very buggy. Half the time it shows I have no shifts. Half the time it only displays on half the screen. App crashes frequently and is very slow. In all, don’t use this app until the developers get it together.
Quite honestly the worst scheduling platform I have ever used. Not really sure why my work switched to this one.
You go to clock out and complete it. And then next thing you know you got a notification saying you didn’t clock out. I clock out after every shift must someone it still manages to say I’ve been clocked in for 13 DAYS. When I put the time I clocked out and tip amount. Someone seriously needs to fix this
I don’t typically write reviews, but this app and the zuus scheduling service are just all around bad. They are not user friendly and very buggy. Half the time I’m not even able to view my schedule.
