Great app, however it’s current version is over 2 years old. With the evolution of CrossFit, this app is way behind. PLEASE Update

Covers all old workouts that work. No complaints. I used it the last 3 years. So if u want to keep record and improve ur times. This is what u want.

Haven’t updated the app in awhile it still works but open workouts aren’t in the common WODs haven’t been updated in 3 years. Very disappointing.

Constantly loses your data but the backup options are limited. Can’t get email backup to work and I don’t use Dropbox. Can’t create multiple backups.

I switched to this app because my last tracking app crashed and lost all of my workouts...this one just did the same. Pretty worthless if it does that.

It's easy to use and great for keeping track of PR's. The clock is also great for doing WOD's when you can’t use the timer at the gym. The developers need to be more consistent with updating the Open wods. As of today they only have Open wods from 2016.

I used this app for nearly three years and even switched phones once during that time. Recently, my current phone had to be restored to factory settings, and when I reinstalled the app, I was missing all my PR’s and workout data from October 2017 until present (so over a year and a half worth of training data). My boyfriend and I both emailed the developers about retrieving the data and never heard anything back. And my data was never restored. Definitely wouldn’t recommend

I’m disappointed I spent money on this. The app is dated and has no community feel to it. I feel like it’s a huge chore to add workouts. The PR page is sloppy and doesn’t let you customize it. Go with SugarWOD for a way better experience. And it’s free.
