No way to contact customer support via app. Paid membership but app has been unusable for the past 3 weeks. Would like a refund

The app never loads and from the reviews this has been going on for years and they still haven’t corrected it, but continue to take peoples money for subscriptions

It’s crashed again. Going to have to delete and reinstall. Then re-login. It’s not worth it. May unsubscribe and go elsewhere.
A hoopty of an app

This app is so ghetto. It blows my mind it made it met Apples quality guidelines. In concept it’s great - but it rarely works. The owner is always “upgrading” things yet nothing changes. It’s like that one car your uncle keeps in the driveway that he is forever working on that will forever barely work and always break down. To the owner: Maybe actually invest in a development firm to bring this app from 1995 to 2020. Make an api, get a ux/ui developer. GET CLOUD SERVER HOSTING FOR THE LOVE OF GOD so the service stays online under heavy load.

Most of the time the app loads and functions fine. But don’t get used to it. A lot of the time the App just spins and never opens, can’t play any videos. I try to close out and restart but still sometimes I can’t get the app to load at all. Just stuck on the opening screen
Use to be good

The app use to be good. It would lag or be taken down occasionally but now, it’s getting to where it’s not worth the hassle. It seems like it’s “always down for maintenance or upgrades” I understand maintenance and things need to be fixed but this is on a daily basis.

If you’re going to use the sharing website, don’t bother with the app. I pay $6 a month for something that works MAYBE 1/3 of the time. You can try and keep up with their twitter but it’ll say “quick update!” for like days on end. Just go to your browser and use the website for free.

Waiting on a new update. Subscription price went up but the app still freezes, ads are still intrusive, there have been more times then I can count where the apps connectivity slows down or is just pure non existent. I just don’t see how a company can increase their in app purchase subscription but still deliver a subpar unsteady app. ??♂️?
