Won’t open

The app won’t open, just opens to a black page. It’s been doing that now for three days. I noticed today that the actual website works, yet the app doesn’t. It makes no sense.

For the last week, i’ve been getting startup black screens and it never loads. When it does load it crashes! UPDATE THE APP! It’s been 2 years and IOS 14 is out!
Doesn’t work on my iPhone XR.

I just got the app. when I tried to open it, it was stuck on a black blank screen. I deleted it and downloaded it again twice and had the same issue.

But in the past few days the app is simply “black screen.” No matter what you do turn the phone off and turn the phone back-on delete the app and re-installed the app.Sam exactly nothing but “black screen”. So just like you paid the premium service for a broken app and two whole years still didn’t get a update at all. Now it’s nothing but a black color screen app. :-(
