Fun Lose 3 billion because of app and told can get it back but only get a email for me to fix it. Gave my phone # to call. No response. Sad

DO NOT spend a dime through this app! I’ve paid for chips only for the app to reset and take over $450M in chips I’ve won and paid for, only to start me off again with $3.5M in chips. Their customer service wouldn’t replenish what they took from me after a forced updated download. Crooks!

I use to like the game until They force you to update the app, you will not be able to play if you don’t update app. When I updated the app, I lost all my money and rewards which I was building so I could redeem it in Vegas for some discounts. You will loose it all. DONT UPDATE THE APP.

Fixed all my points!

I had soooo many points and coins of whatever. Around 175000 yellow and 63000000 purple and a few days ago I updated and it started me over at the beginning. I was so upset but I messaged them and they said that it might of signed me out. So I just relogged into my Facebook on the myVEGAS app and everything came back. It was such a relief. I see lots of comments about people having to start over so I wanted to leave this to maybe help some people!!!(: good luck!

Wasted time

I spent the entire day yesterday on a special bonus event, earning half a trillion chips. Woke up this morning to find a notification that there was a glitch and they took almost all my chips away. Looks like that happened to lots of people. Even if there’s a glitch, that’s their fault. They should respect the time their users put into the app and leave the chip balances as they were!

I won over 100 billion chips playing the game and then the next day my account was dropped down to 68 million. After contacting customer support they said that there was a glitch. To compensate for the loss they were to add additional chips but there has been no change. It has been a poor experience overall.
