The one who was teased
Very fast, accurate, and easy to use! It Even has Klingon listed as a language, although it doesn't work (will hopefully be fixed for fan's sakes)

I've used this app a few times and it has worked well. You can tell that they're really trying as it even translates Klingon ... which should be a very handy feature for Captain Kirk.
