Just one MAJOR negative

I love the coverage of my Cubbies but I have one major complaint. Whenever I choose an article that also includes a video, it automatically starts playing with sound even if I have my sound TURNED OFF on my iPhone. This should NEVER happen. It’s bad enough that it forcibly starts using extra cell data when I don’t want to but it’s inexcusable to start blaring out when I need my phone to be SILENT!

I live in Michigan and I was exited to watch the cubbies play from my phone but when I try to stream it says it is not available in my area due to rights and restrictions.

I use the app daily and watch Blazer games on it when I have to (while at a child’s function, grocery shopping and even at work). So far I love the app.

Nothing seems to work

Just downloaded the app when I opened the NBC CHI app and it told me to upgrade. Nothing seems to be loading or working, and the app is confusing. I find myself swiping left and right just to see if something else will show up. As for loading, I went to schedule and it’s showing me games from April. The filter is set to Upcoming...and it’s August. Worse yet, none of the score from April are even populated. If I select regular season, those results are filled in, but then I need to manually go to August. What’s the point of giving an option and then it not remotely working? I don’t see any options to watch the local game. Looks like a badly developed app so far.

I am sending yet another plea to the developer for a response as to why I am unable to choose a provider to sign in to this app. When I tap on Xfinity, nothing happens. Very frustrating. Please respond and or correct this problem!
