Tried for 5 minutes to get it to record my acc-chek. It would not record no matter what i did. Deleted

Does not work with enough testers to make it useful. My Relion Prime tester does not work with it. I understand the tester is inexpensive but it would be nice if it was able to scan using more testers.

I have a precision Neo. Took a long time to get it to scan. About 45 minutes!! When it did it scanned my 102 reading as a 109. Crazy!!!! Not worth the hassle.

In the time it takes me to scan the meter I could have just entered the info in the log myself several times over. Then when it does scan it doesn't always add the numbers into my daily values for my log.
Slower than entering the data manually!

The scanner module I purchased for is unreliable. It frequently picks a date from last year, even though my meter doesn't display the year. So you'd think the current year would be an implicit assumption for this app, but no, it's not. Getting the data from the scanner reliably into the log is hit or miss too. I've contacted support about this, but the problems persist.

This app used to be a great addition would scan my accu-check meter wonderfully now it won't even scan my Reli-on meter... will uninstall

So far, so good. I'm not sure why others have rated this with one star. It did exactly what it claims to do. I have a Freestyle Lite Meter and was looking for a way to electronically log entries quickly and easily. This works great and was very easy to use. Thanks!

It doesn't support my glucose meter and when i send and email to support the gave me a rude answer and don't care about
