Daily stopped working

Gold for hints is hard to come by except through daily puzzle. Mine stopped working/hiccup. Tried to reset it by deleting and redownloading. Didn’t work and only erased my progress and gold. :(
Daily Puzzle doesn’t work

Seems like everyone is having the issue. Going back through past reviews, looks like it happened before also - and mo explainations why.

I completed all the puzzles at least 4 times now need more levels please When are y’all coming out with new levels please. I love this puzzle.

I enjoy playing this game-I liked the daily game and now it is it working again. This happened before and I uninstalled and then reinstalled the game which worked but all my levels got wiped out and I had to start over st the first level.

This hasn’t worked for over a week now. The daily puzzle. I hope you get it fixed soon. Otherwise it’s a great game.

Played the puzzle daily. Looked forward to the fun. 7-5 days ago I was not able to access the daily puzzle. Have reset my iPhone; deleted the app and reloaded it multiple times; removed the app process and restart with the same annoying/sad affect. No contact to get support or advice. At times when the app reloaded a set of puzzles came up but they were not the daily puzzles. And the next time the same puzzles were available. I was only able to access 6 of these puzzles.

I’ve enjoyed playing this game for a while now, and every day I play the daily puzzle. But recently, the daily puzzle will not open, no matter what I do. I even deleted and reloaded the game, which lost all my previous progress. Still won’t work. I’m very disappointed.

This was by far my all time favorite word game. Until a week ago. I have emailed 4 times that the daily puzzle was not working. NO RESPONSE to any email. I don’t expect a lot from customer service anymore because people just don’t give a hoot like they used too. Too bad I’m deleting my favorite game.
