Downloaded the app. Tried to register. Never got an OTP via SMS. No alternative. Doesn’t work
Should have an auto location logout and pop ups for vaccines

Doesn’t log you out of old locations when you log into new ones. This means you can be logged into places days after leaving them I nearly missed my first vaccination date as received no notice. Lucky I got a phone call on the day. But I did miss my booster. Should be a way to register for missed booster appointments Also removed the info graphic (or made it hard to find) that showed numbers of new infections and deaths. This was a good easy review map of Malaysia. Now I have to hunt on line and the search engines don’t make this easy as they take you to international websites which do not have the state breakdowns

Why no notifications for Vaccine Appointment?

This is a basic no-brainer thing to do. Why does the app not provide any notification when we receive an appointment for a vaccine or booster shot? It is ridiculous we have to check the app everyday to see if we get an appointment for something so critically important. The user interface flow to check our vaccine appointment is also so poorly thought out and cumbersome to use. The reviews and ratings of this app are rigged, or Malaysians are simply not critical enough. We get what we pay for. We deserve better.
Latest update doesn’t allow checkout?

After updating and enable MySj Trace,the app doesn’t allow for me to checkout even though it states to go into history to do but there’s no option or button to checkout…??

Announced months ago but till now still never exist!!! Your developer response is a joke, already written very clear the report button announced by KJ months ago but still never exist
Weird interface

Installed app, registered and upon login, it took forever to load the app. Closing and reopening the app will skip the login again but ended up in a weird screen/interface (repeatable). I’m still abroad with an upcoming trip back to Msia and trying to upload my documentations to get ready but this app is extremely not user friendly. I’m not sure what to do at this point.

On iOS 15.1, iPhone SE, the app when checking in to scan QR, the preview is not showing up on app. I see the green square but it’s overlay upon the app. I would have expected the overlay to be black and I can see the code but the preview is not working as expected. I can scan other QR codes so camera is working. Also tried deleting and reinstalling app.
