Shout out to the developers for taking the time to update this app.

Almost Perfect

The latest update solved a lot of glitches. I've made stylus my default keyboard.

Useful but...

PLEASE add 4 cursor control keys–or at least–fwd and bkwd arrows–to the existing space, backspace and ret keys. Improved responsiveness of Apple pencil for positioning the cursor in text would be nice. These small changes would make the app a "must have" for editing manuscripts. - The Nov 20 update provides a great improvement in handwriting recognition. But correcting text remains way too time consuming. Part of the difficulty is that placing cursor in right place is a trial and error pro cess and not precise. I t would be much much easier if forward and backward arrows were available. It also seems that word recognition is delayed or absent for fext insertions..- PLEASE ADD THE CURSOR CONTROL KEYS

Greatest!

Supurb. Learns you handwriting for ever increasing accuracy. Would gladly pay for somethingof this quality. Use it daily as my preferred input method.

Please let me switch to my other keyboards!

["Hip", "Hip"]

This is an awesome app! I recently got a stylus and I love how it writes. However, I don't always want to write out everything, sometimes I want to switch back to my other keyboards - emoji keyboard, typing keyboard... It doesn't let me switch back to those, and while it's cool that I can handwrite in other languages (I appreciate that), sometimes I just want to type with my thumbs as well. If I want to switch back and forth between keyboards, I have to add and delete the Stylus keyboard from my keyboard settings, which is really tedious. Anyway, another thing you may want to work on is the speed at which the screen moves left. I write pretty fast, and there's a bit of a delay in having the screen move so you can keep writing out the words. Optimizing that speed and letting me switch between keyboards would make the app perfect.

No Excuse

Rest your palm while writing and you activate the delete key. Whatever you just wrote disappears, one character at a time, from the end of the passage all the way to the beginning, even if you lift your palm up immediately. It’s painful to watch. This fatal UX flaw was pointed out by several reviewers a year ago and not fixed. And it would be simple to fix. Move the delete key above the text entry field instead of below. If this was fixed, this would be a five star app, and an essential for any iPad owner. As it is now, it’s unusable. I don’t get it.

Make it faster

I love this app but it scrolls to the left so slowly that I get a bit impatient when I am frantically writing under inspiration. It's almost like I loose my train of thought everytime I have to wait for it to scroll before I can continue. Again I love this app, it is the best app of its kind out there. Text recognition is incredible, and I do mean incredible.

Wouldn’t open past the tutorial

HelpingYouLead

Tried to open this for a half hour with a new iPad Pro and all I could access was the tutorial. Never even got to a place where it would allow you to write.

Excellent for note taking with Apple Pencil.

The handwriting recognition is awsome, it is very accurate, even with fairly sloppy handwriting. Along with the auto-correct feature it makes note taking with the iPad and Apple Pencil very practical. I am writing this review using this app as an Apple Pencil.

Very impressed

I have been shocked at the level of recognition accuracy in this app. It seems to combine handwriting recognition with autocorrect seamlessly. It has made using my iPad Pro with my i pencil dreamy. The only improvement I would make is a drawing to emoji feature. It's not that difficult to switch keyboards to do an emoji, but it would be much smoother if it was integrated into this app. EDIT: I would also love a larger ENTER key for faster, more accurate use with my ipencil, and a way to make multiple deletes by holding the delete button rather then having to repeatedly tap it.
