Once I was ultimately able to create account (using my full first name- not shortened one), the App opens to a 1/2 legible screen with the word “button” on lower half of screen... how garbage like this even makes it onto App Store is beyond me. Really disappointing- since my employer has been touting how much these guys will “help me” with healthcare issues. Successful login using iPhone 6 showed me that the App basically consists of: 1. Phone number 2. Website links 3. JPEG of your ID cards (no Apple Wallet Support)
Hard to Use! Extremely Frustrating!

This app is required by my work insurance, but it is extremely hard to use and you encounter so many errors even just trying to add a primary care physician. Perhaps the only redeeming quality is that it has a chat function which allows you to talk to a care coordinator and they are extremely helpful. But be careful, you cannot toggle between apps or else you will lose your chat session. I hope the developers improve its usability and stability. For now, it is a one star app.
No workey on iPhone X - Fixed!

Update - a patch was provided to fix issues on iPhone X....Thank You Now the app is working as a central hub to my families medical benefits and I like it so far :)! 2018 came with some changes to my families medical insurance and this app was promoted as a central hub but it is very concerning when the app does not work on the latest and greatest Apple iPhone! App loads but then becomes unresponsive, keeping you stuck on a badly loaded landing page.

This is a horrible app. I’m so disappointed with it’s performance and usability. I’m also tired of my spouse being unable to find what she needs with it, or even being unable to access it most of the time. Since you cannot give something zero stars in the App Store, I give this my highest negative rating of CRAPP.
