After you carefully enter lots of info for a debit card bill payment, the app will decline the transaction and blame it on the card. I checked this, reported to PSE and they want me to debug their app with their card processing vendor?!! Dont give a debit option if you, PSE, dont support it fully. I used a routing number and acct number to get around this problem, but it defeats the whole purpose of making it easy to pay. Card issuer: Wells Fargo Card type: Platinum Debit with chip

For the past year, I’ve had tons is trouble getting PSE to take my money! And this continues with the app and mobile website. I want to split my bill with my roommate, but on both the app and mobile website, you cannot enter a decimal point when entering the amount to pay. It seems like no one tested the app out before publishing it for use. Fix this please!

Asking again for Landscape orientation support please, for all the people who hold or prop their iPads horizontally. Thank you.

The Usage feature tries to open the PSE login web page but freezes, forcing me to close the app. The purpose of an app is to eliminate the need to open and log into web pages. What’s the point of this app?
just a user on some phone
REALLY? Same for the web site, what's wrong with PSE?

This recent change to require switching to web browser to verify an email address is dumb. What can NOT do in App? The App no longer displays “usage info”. The view appears to be a separate webpage that requires another log in. All feels very unprofessional and insecure. PLEASE get you act together!

Broke after new security wants to verify email address. Why fix an app that worked. It’s now useless. Nice job in breaking it.

Mostly user friendly, no real hiccups aside from it signing me out after ever single update. Any progress on linking up ApplePay?? Not big into adding a bank account, and tired of typing card info every month.
