My best friend and I make a pilgrimage to lidl in North Augusta every other week. The store is always spotless and the associates are very courteous and helpful. Love this store.
Intrusive and Nonfunctional

Requested more personal data (eg birthday) than they reasonably need for a shopping app. Even after I supplied the intrusively requested data, the “join” button did not create account.

Prices at LIDL lower than anywhere else and variety is just wow ?. All is fresh and super good . Employees always very helpful and super nice ?. THANK YOU ? LIDL .
Overall a interesting experience

Once you get familiar with the”store brand” it makes it a lot easier. Some items are spot on. Others can be a hit or miss. Their grass feed beef is a go to for me. Their cheeses are a great value. Veggies you got to get there on certain days and times for best selection. I like it better than Giant or Safeway. 5 stars were not given cause there is room to be better.

Not user friendly at all, can’t zoom in and not to mention completely useless and bogus reward program. I even saw swamped fruit flies on blueberries and no employee was there to clean up. Keep this up and you will be out of business in no time. I hope you listen to this feedback carefully. Drop your bogus rewards program all together and come up with an honest savings to attract more customers. All of these things are equally important.
