Dispatchers are so rude . Only jobs they have is meta jobs . They don’t pay you on time . They want you to go and do a drug test then tlc makes you do a drug test every year .

Please look all drivers comment here. All are negative comments because this company making money using drivers time & energy. I got very bad experiences while I’m working with them. #Helpline number receiving only one woman who is talking always rude. #they don’t pay tolls, sometimes going to pick up passengers u need to pass the tollgate so both tolls drivers have to pay #if u have schedule & some passengers cancelled the trip & u will wait one hour for next passengers& next passengers is far away to pick up sometimes an hour to drive. #some passengers also very rough talking, when u will call passengers that u r waiting & some passengers are telling I have to wait until he/she will be ready so sometimes I wait 20-30 minutes too I hope new drivers will think before dey start working with this company.

The app is ok but it has some bugs that need to be fixed. It’s sooo annoying when I have a customer already wether I’m on my way to pick them up or drop them off, the app will keep making the chime as if I’m getting a job when I’m not. So if I’m using a gps app to direct me to the destination (pick or drop) the app make a noise like I’m getting another job. When I check the app there is no job other then the job I’m doing. It soo annoying. If I put the phone on vibrate it just vibrates like I’m getting another job and I’m not. Also when I decline a job the app sends the same job back to me about 3 more times. I have to keep declining it before they take it away. The amount I’ve made on the app is never correct. I always have to do my own calculations to see how much I have. You should show the amount of money made after the $2.75/$1.35/ or $5.50 is taken out. For example if the job is $35.50 and the customer pays $5.50, then the app should show that your amount made for that trip is $30!!!
