Very Slow Payments, Low fares.

I have had issues getting paid twice. They give you low flat fare rates, and most of the time you get stuck in heavy traffic with that low flat fare.

Terrible company the taxi limousine requires us to take a drug test every year why should I have to take a drug test to work for this company pay out of my pocket $35 and customer service is very rude she was not happy with me asking multiple questions that she couldn’t even answer her accent was not from here so she had a problem understanding not only that but the company doesn’t even have a sign up bonus to work for this company every company starting in nyc has a signup bonus and I Hurd from others they take a large commission no good that’s not what we need here in nyc we already have Lyft and Uber that are no good only good thing that came to New York was juno great working with them & even being a customer when I would go out.

Overall - a bad experience ; TLC pays for toll but they still toll money from drivers

They say they’re going to pay you for the no-show five dollars. You wait there for about eight minutes passenger does not come outside you leave like you supposed to.Then they give you the five dollars when you go back later to see if it’s still there it has been taken from you and given to another person that does the trip. So you really never got paid for the no-show it’s a lie

Worst dispatch ever, they have zero ethical or moral character, I spoke with one of the guys who sound like Ukrainian mafia with the worst driver support ever

Trash!!!!!!! very ugly attitudes very unprofessional employees! and when you ask questions they yell at you!!!! very rude and no home training just nasty don’t trust them they won’t make it long they are just piggy back off Uber

How many languages have you added, except Punjabi, why add it and you also know that Punjabi drivers do the most work. I’m Speaking Punjabi . why you no add Punjabi language but you know lot’s drivers Indian Punjabi you didn’t respect drivers
