SO SLOW—times itself out!

I was pleased to see this app option to access my FSA account, but it processes photos and claim info. so slowly that it times out. I had to resubmit a claim 4 times to get it into the system! Please work out the glitches!!

This app has never worked or me. It crashes before it opens. Needs an update ASAP.

Every update to the app causes it to lose my credentials and Touch ID functionality. In addition, the app shows transactions needing receipts but not the ability to click on a transaction and submit a receipt. Have to back out and go through another menu. Grateful for the app but need these things fixed.

Basically useless since it says my username and password are incorrect when I know they aren’t. I use the same login credentials to access my account online without any problems. Seems like a pretty serious bug they would want to fix ASAP. That is unless it’s intentional since the app is the only way to submit a claim online so having no access to it means fewer claims will be submitted. Either way this app is completely useless on iOS.

This app worked well with my iPhone 6, but is now useless with my new iPhone XR. It won’t let me login as it says it doesn’t recognize my username/password, though neither has changed and both work fine with my account online. Even though it’s now useless, it’s getting two stars because it was working well with my old phone.

I have to drag the selection boxes for receipts from screen shots; app hang at adding defendants; from time to time loses username pwd; no to mention all the wrong account stats info... I would have fired the whole engineering team if I were the manager and it is a shame to see the low class work a programmer can do

Useless app

This app totally useless. Upon starting to enter my claim amount, the system prompted me that my claim is more than the balance in my account, which is not true. I was trying to claim exactly the balance I have in my account.

Sorry excuse for an app

This app lacks so many features that the website can do. Cannot take a picture of a receipt and upload it. Cannot attach a receipt to an existing claim. Cannot change direct deposit information. Come on, UHG - you are Fortune 6, make an investment in a little app.
