Would be much better with minor fixes

1) Save/pre-populate claim information. For those with repetitive claims it would be nice not to have to re-enter info. 2) Display account balance when submitting a claim.

App needs an update

It shows my Dependent Care contributions as Health and vice versa. Very confusing.

App could be great.....need major updates!

Dispicabel!

It is great when it works. I have set up the app to use Touch ID. Each time I go back to the app none of my login info is saved and the Touch ID function does not work. I also have submitted receipts through the app and I still get emails saying receipts are needed. It is so frustrating to try and work with this app. Please, please make proper updates!!

Can’t add a dependent

Older version wasn’t much but it worked. Now I can’t add a dependent to submit their claims.

Can never connect/login

I have rarely been able to connect to the server when trying access app. Always get an error stating the server is unavailable. I end up having to go online—defeats the purpose of having an app!

First of all, you have to log in EVERY FRIGGIN TIME you open the app with no capability to save your credentials. Then you can’t see your charges in question, you’re supposed to guess what they are or wait - just go to the website, which is what you end up having to do anyway instead of wasting your time with this app.

Horrible app

I use this app to submit daycare receipts for reimbursement. For the last month, every time I go to sign in it says “cannot reach server.” This is so inconvenient, please fix the app!

Great when it works but it doesn't

Missing count

I liked the ability to take pictures of receipts but now the app won't open at all. So frustrating!!!
