Never realized how bad my diet was till I got this app. I was pretty self-conscious about my weight but now I’m a lot more confident :) I was worried that my Indian diet would be hard to track but turns out literally everything you can think of is on this app lol so it made the whole process 1000x easier. Went from 185-135 and I’m currently trying to gain some lean muscle mass, something I never thought I would ever say! This app is amazing!

This app is great. I just wish that there was widget support for iOS 14. It would help me remind myself to track my macros and see it easily on my Home Screen.

After this last update I was not able to send food information to another person. My wife and I started using this app and I was able to send her our meal information so I didn’t have to get her phone to upload our meals. Is there a fix for this? Other wise we love the app and have both lost over 40 lbs.

MyFitnessPal is nothing more than a glorified spreadsheet with a graphical user interface (GUI) and a user-generated, often erroneous food database. This allows profits to be generated with very little overhead because of your input and data. Want to be healthier? Be physically active, drink water, prepare/cook your own meals, and significantly reduce your consumption of animal-sourced foods... no app required.

You must track what you eat to lose weight, bottom line. This is the best app to do it. Weekly food blogs and exercise information, you can’t beat that
