Things that should take 2 minutes take 15. Every time I want to add a feature I have to navigate and guess. Or call support for help. If you want to compete with the big guys, you will need to up your IT game

Love the cricket app makes it so easy to track usage how much hotspot data is left and pay my bill

Just want you to know that I love my Cricket service. There is never a problem with anything that can’t be fixed immediately. There are no complicated instructions on how to fix things and it’s easy to Cricket or go into their office if I need help. I love that because I never get frustrated with long delays, or cutoffs during calls. Love you Cricket

There’s no way to stop your cricket plan on this. You have to personally call them and you always get a bot. I’m stuck with these guys now.
