I switched over and joined Cricket this year because of their significantly lower prices when it comes to service and I’ve been using the app ever since. The app is easy to navigate around and I’m able to make payments, check my data usage, and browse for new phones.

Very convenient if you want to see how much data you've used and also when you want to pay your bill instead of going to the store. But cricket should be more specific on the add one and special features. I spent $5 on the international calling and made a mistake, I called right back to get my refund since I never used the feature and they refused to give me my refund. The lady was really rude kept me on the line for about an hour and told me to wait and I wasn’t getting a refund and then hung up on me. I know this isn’t all cricket representatives so I called back and another man gave me Atleast $3 back and apologized for the other lady’s behavior towards me. Also please check who you hire because I couldn’t get her name so I’m eating the app since I couldn’t rate the phone call.

Customer service is terrible. They cannot help you with even the basic account information processing. I’ve been trying to get my name spelled correctly on my account and they continue to enter it in wrong. If there is a billing issue they are not flexible at all and they do not care if you leave the company. There is no customer loyalty. The only benefit is that cricket uses AT&T’s network.
