Horrible app - does not work

I rarely write reviews but guis circle go app bad functionality compelled me to write one. I wish there were zero stars review. This app circle go is such a waste of time and drain of energy. Circle go does not work on my iPhone 7 Plus despite wasting tins of my time on it. I have contacted support over the phone and they wasted lot of my time over the phone with out resolving issues. On top of that I paid monthly fees for this circle go app that does not work. I keep getting standard responses to try different things or they will work with me but they are unable to resolve the issues. I wish some other company would come up with solution and provide functionality that is very much needed.

I wish this worked. It works on the 4s, but on the 5s it will only crash. I chatted pin support, but then was disconnected and no resolution.

Hate this on my phone, I'm 13 so i probably don't need this. Plus not to mention it completely screws with my internet connection. So if you don't support net neutrality download this.

My mom imposed this on me cuz I was “using technology too much”. I hate it because anything YouTube, funimation (a website that you can watch anime shows on [my personal favorite being initial D] but I’m getting off topic), and social media. The filter takes out pretty much everything on almost all the apps that I use to enhance my games. I hate it with a passion!???

Followed all instructions and have netgear orbit with circle enabled, but when I press “Enable Circle Go,” it shows “Could not setup Circle Go” on the iPhone. Please test and fix this.

This company hasn’t updated in over a year. And it shows. Plus, Disney puts tons of their own content and videos in the app so it’s a draw to kids. Ok ( maybe) for free version but not for paid version. Uninstalling in favor of an app that actually gets development.

Parents downloaded this to help know when bedtime was coming and when time limits are about to be hit. That doesn't work about half the time and when i try to see what time is left it doesn't load at all its a one in 20 chance it seems like if you want to know what time you have left. Overall the app could be useful if it worked.

I am a teen who’s parents decided to add Disney Circle to my phone yesterday. We had OurPact before this and I am not really sure why we changed?. I HATED OurPact and what it does like any teen/pre-teen would, and I still hate Disney Circle, but don’t think I am a stupid kid trying to make the makers of this app look bad. The idea is GREAT. I hate it, but I like it... You might not understand what I mean. I like the layout of MyCircle WAY better than OurPact Jr. OurPact Jr was just boring. MyCircle has stuff to do on it and the layout is better. It tells you how much time you have been on your device, tells you how much time you have left, and much more! I have a couple ideas as well if anyone agrees with them, write a review saying the same thing. You can add some of your own ideas too. Idea #1: Profile pictures on MyCircle. I am pretty sure the main app has profile pictures for each kid and I think MyCircle should too. Idea #2: Custom layouts for the kids to make. I am pretty sure the main app also has that custom layouts, but the parents do it (I might be wrong, though). If you agree with these ideas, spread them so they can be added to the app. I think that is all for now... OH! I just remembered... UPDATE THE APP! It hasn't been updated in a year! This app has 1.6 stars! Make people like it! Fix the bugs! Add good ideas that people suggest! Make it at LEAST a 4 star rating! I love the idea of this! I want others to like it too! I also realized that for almost EVERY SINGLE REVIEW HAS A DEVELOPER RESPONSE!!!????? Good job, Disney! Thanks for the hard work!! I am glad we my parents picked to use this! PaidComic7... OUT✌️??
