Stuck

I’m stuck on the screen that tells you that the app needs to be updated. There’s even a download button. It does nothing. Can’t go any farther. I even looked in the App Store to find an update. Nothing. Uninstalling.

This update is horrible. I’ve been trying to make a grocery list for 30 minutes. Give me back my old big y app! And, after creating a shopping list that took me 45 minutes to do, I accidentally closed the app and now it won’t open again. Goodbye my big Y app. I’ll find something else to put my shopping list time.
New update not working

I can log in initially, then when I try to go to click to card offers it asks me to log in again and then just keeps going back to the alert that says "you must log in or sign up", but never lets me go to the click to card page
Apple Wallet support

Please add Apple Wallet support for the rewards card. This is a basic feature that every grocery store should have. You let us keep the physical card on a ring on our keychain, why should having it in my electronic wallet be any different. Please make this happen in your next update.
Newest update is horrendous

App is either completely frozen, or crashes when trying to do anything. New user interface is frustrating even when working correctly, and no longer makes planning my shopping trip easy or enjoyable.

The previous version was fine, i used it frequently, and stop & shops was crap by comparison. Then it forced me to update. I had to re-enter my username & password which i could not remember as it does not use email address unlike most accounts. Had to use the forgot credentials options. Got in and now it is so slow and freezes up. Not worth using anymore. I see users have been complaining since oct 20, 2 weeks ago and the developer keeps blaming it on data. Well from a user perspective, who cares if its data or the app, it worked fine until the update. Big Y is gonna lose business until its fixed.
