Log in is broken

Logging in doesnt work. I know this because when I input an incorrect pw, it tells me. When I enter correct credentials it just sits there. App is broken.

This app stinks. Needs work. Sounds good, but the click to card feature doesn't work. Won't let me set up account. Doesn't recognize my Big Y card #. Support feature does not work. What good is it?

This app isn't worth wasting time on. The coupons it offers have 2 issues. Many items I tried can't be found in the store. Other items have a poor description and when you go to pay you find out the item you bought isn't what the coupon was for. The bar code for scanning your card has worked twice and failed once. No convenience since my card is on my key chain. Just hand my keys. Just as easy.

It works well for me, the one addition I would like to see is passbook integration so that my card was in passbook with others.

Multiple attempts to contact support with no answer. Being ignored. They offer an app and yet you can't sign up so has zero benefit to waste space on phone for an app that does not work.

Coupons should add to your card automatically. This is the biggest complaint I hear from people regarding all stores. Click to card does not have to exist. If the coupons would add to the card automatically and maybe notify you of the deals each week then the service itself would be better.
So many bugs it's unusable

If you tap on Sign Up, it takes about five taps before it starts to load. Then it says my email addresses and long password are invalid. Finally, it made me select my store four times before the app crashed. Guess I can't use this. Salt in the wounds: this app doesn't support the iPhone 6 or 6 Plus, so everything will appear zoomed in -- ironically, this is despite Big Y supporting Apple Pay in stores. Do yourself a favor and avoid this app.

Add Wallet Support

This app does not work well when I'm shopping at my store location because of the service and bug issues. I love how Big Y supports ApplePay! but I still need to pull my rewards card out and still need to carry my wallet around. It would be more convenient if I had the ability to add my store card to the Wallet App so I can easily make my transaction using one Application on my iPhone. Please add this feature!
