In my case, it does not crash at all. I did however saw it crash consistently on one of my friend's phone. I couldn't figure out why it would crash on my friend's phone but not on mine at all. I do like its simplicity and the ability to email. If it wasn't for my friend's phone crashing, I would have given it 5 star, thus 3 star given it works fine on mine. Update Dec 2015. I upgraded to iPhone 6s and it seem to work fine so far. Oh it has a list of very good resources for different population.

Since people said it was fixed, I decided to give it another go.... I still can't even agree to the terms and conditions. Hopefully someone can make an app that'll work.

No crashing issues here! Not a substitute for ongoing support, but a great way to keep a safety plan close by. I'm a psychologist that works with adolescents. This app covers the same things I do when making a safety plan and makes easily accessible to teens and other phone savvy clients.
