I am a counselor and I use this app with so many of my teenagers. However, it is not working past the home screen! Please fix this! It’s such a valuable resource, but right now it is not accessible after downloading it.

This app was recommended to me by a mental health provider. It seems like an amazing idea, except it does not open. Just keeps freezing after authorizing contacts.

Good concept; freezes up a lot

I’d like to look at it more but it freezes up a lot on iphone so it may make me look elsewhere to put my safety plan.

This app looks like it would be a great resource but unfortunately the app freezes at startup. I tried deleting and reinstalling but the issue persists. Needs an update.
