Broken update?

I have used this app for years but the last time I opened it, I received a “update in progress” notice that would never complete. I deleted the app and downloaded again from the App Store but now it doesn’t include the Schedule or Search options, making it useless.
Unfortunate iPhone Update -

Avoid current iPhone update as it (currently) locates your town but then the screen freezes. iPad app works. Update 2/17: Freezes after it locates our town

Sorry but this is NOT a great app. In fact I find it unpleasant to try navigating through it. The older app was a very friendly app. At least it was MUCH SIMPLER .The graphics were much more comfortable, larger and I could view it horizontally on my iPad, now I have to pick up my pad and turn it so I can ATTEMPT to read. SORRY, DO NOT LIKE THIS APP. GO BACK TO THE OLD.

Why did y’all screw up a perfectly good app. The new calendar stinks and brush pickup doesn’t show up at all. Without that the app is useless!

Picky, maybe but I don’t want to flip my iPad every time I want to use the app. This was not an issue with the earlier version. The upgrade doesn’t seem to have as much info but maybe I just haven’t found it yet. Portrait only mode is extremely annoying.

Nice how they streamlined the app made it more user friendly and easy to get important reminder dates

This app said pick up was delayed one day on Wednesday, then on Thursday it showed normal pick up on Friday. It’s Saturday at 9:15am and still nothing has been picked up .
Keep original version.

The original version with the monthly calendar was better showing symbols was better. You could plan ahead for different pickups at a single glance.
