Location does not always work

When trying to report issues, the location should be picked up when I click on the button, but it does always work. It does not show you the photo you have attached, and you cannot attach one from your photo library.
Fine on my old IPad 3 with 9.3

Glad to see its one othe apps that doesn't force me to buy a later iPad, also I'm color blind and cannot determine the days on there mailed out schedule. In the words of a long time Plainfield resident "Tear the roof off the sucka"

I downloaded this app about a month ago believing that it would send me reminders to set out the trash and recyclables and to move my car and set out yard waste for street sweeping. It did accomplish all of those things with glorious precision for two weeks. Then, for no apparent reason, I stopped receiving notifications. After contacting the company no fewer than three time regarding this problem I discovered that my version of the app is over 2 years older than the most recent update. I also found out that at least some of the "helps" that the app provides for problems (such as not receiving reminders) are incorrect (according to the customer service rep that emailed me) as is the support email provided in the app (mail is returned as undeliverable). I was then assured that the problem had been discovered and corrected and was instructed to "log out and log back into the app". Because there IS no logout or login I deleted the app, downloaded it a second time, entered all of my information and set up all of my desired reminders. Whereas it worked for two weeks the first time this time I received nothing by way of reminders. At least its consistent. Unfortunately, while this app had tremendous promise it has, in my opinion, failed miserably to deliver the simplest of modern, computer age conveniences - a reminder. I'll give the developer 24 hours to acknowledge my last email before I delete the app a second time without, however, any intention of downloading it and starting all over again. I'm terribly frustrated and sadly disappointed.
App no longer works

This is a very useful app and I love it however for the past month the app no longer opens on both my iPhone running iOS 10 and iPad running 9.3.5 the app has stopped working. When app icon clicked the splash screen displays then the app simply closes w/o any messages. The v6.2 update made available on 12/2 resolves the issue previously reported and the app is back to full operability. Great app. All the information needed to know about waste, recyclable and bulk pickups now available. 10/13/2018 - good general information. Some information contradicts itself. Don’t bother sending questions as to where items should go when nothing is listed, no one will reply or update.
