Same same but now with advertising for vodafone ( which loads before my important information loads). I just want to see my usage across all my accounts in a reasonable timeframe. Make the back end snappy and the front end simple. Doesn’t feel like any customer testing was undertaken with the new app. Thumbs down - re-prioritise what you’re customers want
Please bring back the old design with the circle! It used to be so relaxing and easy to see how much data I had left, but now it just looks overwhelmingly boring and unfriendly. The new version is so chaotic it’s hard to find anything!
Been trying for months to see my usage information with this app and it is a massive failure. Also crashes every time. What is wrong with this company that they cannot fix their bugs?!? Pathetic.
App constantly freezes. The only fixes I have found is to either restart my entire phone or delete the app and reinstall.
Doesn’t even let you sign in. Once signed in it signs me out within 10 seconds. Now I’m stuck ringing their phone support... Looks good. But smacks of something built by a low cost / offshore developer who doesn’t know how to build apps. The old app was rock solid.
Please fix your back end issues. The app is slow, often cannot update because the backend isn’t working. Every time you update the app you lose any personalised data - so why have it as a feature if you’re not going to retain it ! I’d much rather have functionality that works rather than lots of gimmicks. And where is the integration with you other vodafone accounts? It was on the roadmap since 2011 and still nothing. Bad bad bad. The web is better in all features. ( when it’s available )
This is the worst app I’ve ever had. Never works properly for anyone in my family!! It randomly glitched out just now and my screen went black with lines it was really weird. Please fix this stupid app if not I’m changing my carier!!
This app is soo bad, the UI is just terrible, it’s so slow, and the animations are laggy as as anything. It’s hard to use, doesn’t follow basic design principles and does not function like an iOS app, the whole app needs to be redone so it’s actually usable.
Said I needed to update to open the app... app update won’t open in the App Store sooooooo how do I access my account info? Tried doing all this on Vodafone data. I really hope I don’t have to delete and redownload the app cause I’ve done that before and there was a problem with my account info, and I had to call in for help.
