Bad – My One NZ Review

Please fix your back end issues. The app is slow, often cannot update because the backend isn’t working. Every time you update the app you lose any personalised data - so why have it as a feature if you’re not going to retain it ! I’d much rather have functionality that works rather than lots of gimmicks. And where is the integration with you other vodafone accounts? It was on the roadmap since 2011 and still nothing. Bad bad bad. The web is better in all features. ( when it’s available )
