Pls fix!! The movie won't work, I can hear the voices but the screen is black and there is a white X showing my battery. I wanna see the movies but all I see is black and voices! Pls Fix!!

This app has loaded completely only once since I purchased it for my granddaughter. Every time she tries to load it she gets kicked out of it. We have deleted and reloaded it and the same thing happens. Very disappointed in this purchase and would like it fixed or would like a refund for another game. We have my town wedding, home and museum and they all work fine. This game is horrible.

This game doesn't let me in at all. I used to like it but now it's just junk. It crashes repeatedly, and I've restarted, and deleted. Also all the other games sounds won't work. I'm starting to lose faith in these games
