Number 18 movie isn’t working. After 3 2 1, it freezes. And when i un pause the movie it still freezes. Please fix.

Dear developer, When ever I try to connect more than 3 of the Games (the ones that are connected) ,it kicks me out and gets rid of all my progress I have made. I spend hours just getting the clothes I want from each game so when it wipes the progress I have it’s a big deal for me even though it might not be for other people. But besides telling you about that glitch I wanted to say thank you, for creating games that help me when my anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, and OCD gets bad. Thank you so much for that.
