Fun, but needs major improvements...

I actually enjoyed the story I was reading, Dear Moana. It was working fine until I reached chapter 10. Now, it keeps freezing and not allowing me to go back to the home screen. This wouldn’t be so bad, if I could just ditch this story, and read something else! I’ve also spent real cash on gems and passes for a better reading experience (which isn’t very affordable btw) that I can’t even use! I hope the makers can make the proper bug fixes so that more users won’t experience what I have!

At first it let me watch ads to speed up the time for another ticket, but now it won’t let me. So kinda mad about that, I was really into my story.. thinking about deleting app now because I’m not paying money for more tickets.. and the new outfits are so expensive and so are the text messages I think the gem number on things should be lowered dramatically.. is there a way to get the speed up to show back up??

I loved the app and even paid for the weekly unlimited. Then I got a new phone and downloaded the game(yes on same Apple ID). All my diamonds were gone and the unlimited wasn’t even listed. I’ve been charged for 3 weeks I wasn’t able to use and only left the subscription going since I was talking to their chat customer service. But it’s been 3 weeks and responses are slower than a snail! I’m just canceling the unlimited and I would like my 3 unused weeks $ back!

I like the idea of making the story your own. But the ticket thing is to much. And watching videos for tickets. You have to buy diamonds for outfits and the choices you make. That should be enough. It would be much better without the ticket thing. Other then that I enjoy it.

I agree with PSFCrew and now you play a chapter and never get a diamond for it. Only can watch videos like once a day to get one diamond when the choices cost 25 diamonds and are important choices and I’m not going to pay to play a game! It’s ifs going to be a free game make it be enjoyable. I started to play multiple stories so I could get more diamonds but that doesn’t work anymore. And don’t like when the story isn’t fully available.

I absolutely loved this!! I was getting really into it. But everything cost money. If you don’t use your real money to buy their diamonds or tickets, you can’t move forward. It’s a pain. I would play more if I didn’t have to pay for everything. If you feel the need to charge, then charge for the outfits. Don’t charge for the answers or to move onto the next chapter.

I like this game but at first when I started I was able to watch commercials to knock off time and now I can’t even do that, I don’t like waiting a hour just to get 1 ticket. Plus you would have to wait a nother hour just to get a ticket again? Y’all should have a option to watch commercials to speed up the time more...

I love playing story games, much like this one. This one was one of my favorites. WAS. The only reason I say that is because of a glitch. So the reason this one was my favorite app was because you could download the stories for offline reading. But, that was too good to last. After an update, my app starting experience glitches. And I lost all the stories I’ve downloaded. Now I can’t play them offline. Which really makes me sad. Now they no longer have their competitive and unique edge. I have even considered getting rid of the app. Hopefully, this gets fixed and I can read the stories offline again. Also, a lot of people are complaining about the tickets and gems. But consider that a lot of other apps make you wait longer than an hour. And they don’t offer anyway to speed up the waiting time. Seriously, if you wait an hour. You could read up to 24 stories a day. If you don’t get any sleep. And that number is doubled if you speed up the waiting time. And I frankly don’t see any problems with the gems. All apps of this genre are like that.
