Very disappointed in Customer Service – My Story: Choose Your Own Path Review
I loved the app and even paid for the weekly unlimited. Then I got a new phone and downloaded the game(yes on same Apple ID). All my diamonds were gone and the unlimited wasn’t even listed. I’ve been charged for 3 weeks I wasn’t able to use and only left the subscription going since I was talking to their chat customer service. But it’s been 3 weeks and responses are slower than a snail! I’m just canceling the unlimited and I would like my 3 unused weeks $ back!
