this is a simple, well put together app that does exactly what it is supposed too. it is the perfect antithesis to angry birds.
Wow. Each of these meditations and exercises is really well-done, and the app interface was very intuitive. Being able to put the exercises into playlists is amazing, and the gentle alarm is icing on the cake. Well thought-out design, beautifully executed.

I was looking for a meditation app that was not linked to just one faith tradition or just one way of meditating. The meditations are very well lead and sensitive and spiritual. It was exactly what I was searching for- when I have a moment - in my car, or by myself- I can do a guided mindfulness meditation or whichever one feels meaningful on that day. Life giving.
I am an insomniac with quite a lot of trouble falling asleep. These past two nights I followed the "Before Bed" track and not only did I fall asleep more quickly, but I slept all thru the night, waking at 6 am both days (not 3am, like usual!). You call it coincidence. I call it grateful.
This app is great for someone who wants to start meditating, but need guidance. I would highly recommend this!
