No lock code

Immediately upon downloading this app I went in to use it, and it directed me to enter a lock code. Considering the whole point of using this particular app is to have it secured from outside eyes, one would immediately put a code in place to keep it secret. So I go in to choose a lock code as directed and when I select one it doesn’t save. I’ve restarted the app and closed it out, done everything one generally does when trying to work out kinks, and the app is not letting me save a passcode at all. And yet every time I sign in it’s still telling me that I need to choose a lock code. Since the whole point of having this app was to have it secure, considering I can’t make it happen, this is an absolute fail in my eyes. I would give it zero stars if I could.

How to reset password

I loved the diary until I forgot my password and can’t get it reset. Can someone tell me how to reset my password for the diary

I love this app! You can choose which font your writing is, write whatever you want, AND listen to your music in it. I’d get it if I were you, because it’s great! (:

Although it's a secret diary, I can't set a password because for some reason it doesn't work in a proper way... It used to be a nice app before, but for now it needs to be visually updated (both interface and icon).

It gets worst and worst. I can't put a password in anymore so what good it it? I've moved on to another app!

So I got this app a couple of years ago, and I deleted it. And only recently I re-download it, a lot has changed, but I've tried to set my passcode several times but it won't work, when I type the game scrolls down making t harder to see what I'm typing, and I wish there was a way to change the colors, I remember when I had this app, the passcode worked well and the typing scrolled well. The app used to scroll with you as you typed. Now as soon as you type, the app scrolled down. One more thing, you should be able to make the words bigger.

It. Won't. Let. Me. Set. A. Passcode. The done button doesn't work!!!! EHHH!!! *angry screaming* It doesn't even save my text either. I had it on my old phone.. Uughhh I wanna write fanfics and have it saved!!!!

I keep trying to set the pass code but it does not matter what I put in as my code it will not accept it. I likes the prior versions back last August for the pass code it was much more user friendly.

I have had this app in the past on a different device, but it's been a while and I have a new phone. I downloaded this yesterday and it won't let me set my lock code. The annoying part is that whenever I open the the diary, it gives me a notification to set my lock code yet won't allow me to click "done" when I try to.
